General Tournament Information
- Plan to be at Oak Mountain High School by 8:15am at the latest. We need all props and sets to be in Prop Storage BEFORE the first team performs at 9:00am.
- All teams will present their solutions to the audience in the Cafeteria. We encourage all teams to try to see every other team’s solution that they can.
- Prop Storage will be in a specified area of the Cafeteria. Due to this, teams will not be able to access their props/sets while other teams are presenting their solutions.
- After each team’s Instant Challenge, they will meet with their Challenge Master to receive their Central Challenge Scores.
- After receiving their Central Challenge scores, teams will be reintroduced to the audience and recognized for their achievement at the Tournament.
- We ask that after being recognized by the audience that teams take a seat in the Cafeteria to wait and cheer on their fellow teams as they are recognized.
- The final score results (Central Challenge AND Instant Challenge) will start being posted around 11:30 in the Cafeteria. According to the current plan, all events will be completed and all scores posted by noon.
- T-SHIRTS! We will have this year's Alabama DI shirt available for sale at the Tournament. They will be $12 each. Let your team members and their families know so they can get one! The shirts will also be available at the Affiliate Tournament, but hey... why wait???
Directions
From I-65 North , take exit 246 (Highway 119 exit). Turn right onto Hwy 119. Continue on Hwy 119 for approx. 3 miles. Turn left at the traffic light at the intersection of Caldwell Mill Road & Hwy 119. There will be a Sunny Foods with a Shell service station on the left of the intersection. OMHS is about 1/2 mile on the left.

From Hwy 280 West, turn right at the intersection of Hwy 280 Valleydale Road (Home Depot will be on the left and Food World will be on the right). Continue on Valleydale Road to the Caldwell Mill Road Intersection (Walgreens strip mall is on the right). Turn left on Caldwell Mill Road. OMHS will be approximately 1-1/2 miles on the right.
